As many Americans know, the Demographic make-up of the country has changed and will continue to do so.  The aging of the workforce has many implications to how a company needs to respond to stay competitive in their market.  The following presentation details the changes the labor market has gone though in recent years.  Results are from the US Census in the year 2000.  It includes information on Educational levels, Unemployment, Gender as well as projections for the fastest growing occupations in Racine County.
