Why did you apply?
To get a good experience.
What job site were you assigned to?
The Ridgewood Care Center.

Yes, because I have been there before, also it helped that my mom worked there.

Yeah its alot of fun to do. It also is fun knowing that I'm helping the communtiy.
Is it difficult? If so, what makes it hard.
No, there's nothing really difficult about it.
What do you like most/least about your job?
The thing that I like most would be the people that I work with. The thing that I like least, would be that we are in the sun all day. But I can usually get over that.
Do you enjoy your co-workers?
Majority of the time I usually enjoy them.
Who is your team leader? Do you believe they are doing well?
We have a small group, so we honestly don't have a team leader.

Honestly, I can say no. I didn't see this type of work coming.
What motivates you to do well at work?
Getting good feedback.

It is a very positive experience.

Being on time every single day. I feel like if I'm there, and on time, I feel a great accomplishment.
Who is your mentor?
My mom is my mentor because she is somebody that I look up to and has the courage to deal with my and my siblings, and yet still have time for everything else she has to do.

To know and get to know alot of more people.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Being in college for cooking school. Maybe even done with it.
Define Success:
It's where you make a goal, and you make it high enough to be one of the best, and even though you go through alot of problems getting there, you do it, with dedication and determination.
Did you run into any problems on your job? If so, how did you fix them?
No, not yet.

Not to be lazy. Whatever you do, don't get lazy!

Yes.

More communication skills. Many people lack that in the program.

They pretty much have it all covered.
Did anything in the program impress you?
The guest speakers.
If you were given the leadership role, do you think you could handle it?
All day every day.
