Racine County Workforce
Development Center, under the
auspices of the Business
Services Team, is the leading
source of jobs in Southeast
Wisconsin. We provide a broad
array of services to
professional and technical
workers throughout a five county
area, including career
counseling and employment
assistance.
The Workforce Development Center
reaches professional and
technical candidates from all of
Racine County, as well as
drawing interest from
surrounding Southeast Wisconsin
counties, including Kenosha,
Waukesha, and the Milwaukee
metropolitan area. By
collaborating with job centers,
technical colleges, and
professional organizations
throughout Southeast Wisconsin,
Business Services is able to
find and assist knowledge
workers in advancing their
careers. If possible, we help
them find career opportunities
in Racine County, but if not, we
help find suitable employment in
surrounding counties, including
Kenosha County, Walworth County,
Waukesha County or Milwaukee
County. The net result is to
contribute to economic growth by
facilitating employment and
career development among
professional and technical
workers in Southeast Wisconsin.

– If you are considering a career change, our Career Counselor can provide invaluable insights relative to your interests and how to leverage your background to your greatest advantage.
Includes no-cost individual testing.

Knowledge Worker Recruiter is available to meet with you to discuss career goals and to provide individual assistance in developing a strategy for
career advancement in
Southeastern Wisconsin.

Workforce Development Center (WDC)

Wisconsin. The WDC offers:
