Workshops

Minimize

In excess of 35 workshops on job search techniques, career development, personal growth, skills training, entrepreneurial and small business development are available at the Workforce Development Center at no cost.  We recommend that every customer attend the Workforce Development Center Orientation Workshop, held every Monday from 1-4 p.m., in Racine and every other Tuesday at the Burlington Service Center from 1-4 p.m. This valuable workshop provides job seekers with "take-aways" regarding successful job search techniques and career objectives and includes a tour of the Workforce Development Center and its many valuable programs available to job seekers. Trained career development professionals or industry experts deliver these one to three hour workshops.

You may view, download or print a PDF of the 3rd Quarter 2007 Workforce Development Center booklet which gives a complete listing of all workshops and other useful information.  Or use the interactive 'Schedule' page to find and register for a workshop.  You will need to be a registered user of this website before you can enroll in a workshop using the online process.  It's fast and easy to do plus it saves you time in the future whenever you want to attend another workshop.  Click here or on 'Register' at the very top right corner of any page to become a registered user of this website.
