Strategic Plan
The Racine County Workforce Development Board (RCWDB) has convened community stakeholders to develop a ten year workforce development strategic plan for our community. The RCWDB formed a Strategic Planning Committee to guide the process. In creating the vision, the board focused on three priorities; Inner City unemployment/education, filling the future needs of existing employers, identifying the needs of new economic drivers.
